Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and have all original tags attached. Original packaging should be included when possible. Buyer-remorse returns are customer-paid; DAYSHIFTWEAR covers return shipping for eligible defective, damaged or incorrect items. Direct exchanges are not currently offered.
