Our Return Policy

We want you to love your DAYSHIFTWEAR pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, you have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • In original packaging when possible

Return Shipping Costs

FREE Return Shipping:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Wrong items received

Customer-Paid Return Shipping:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong size ordered
  • Color preference
  • Any other non-defect reasons

For customer-paid returns, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How to Start a Retur

  1. Contact Us First: Email us at support@dayshiftwear.com or call +40 (369) 227-984 with:
    • Your order number
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if defective/damaged)
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We'll send you:
    • Return authorization
    • Return address in the USA
    • Return shipping label (for defective items only)
    • Step-by-step instructions
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely pack items with all tags attached and include your order number inside the package
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to the address provided in our email (USA location)
  5. Receive Confirmation: We'll email you once we receive and process your return

Do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Address

Our returns are processed at our USA facility. You will receive the complete return address via email after contacting us.

Refund Process

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return at our USA facility.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Refund Amount:

  • Full product price refunded
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  1. Contact us at support@dayshiftwear.com or call +40 (369) 227-984 within 7 days of delivery
  2. Provide clear photos of the defect or damage
  3. Include your order number

We'll provide a prepaid return label for our USA return facility and issue a full refund (including original shipping) or send a replacement at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Items without tags or in worn/washed condition
  • Items damaged by customer use or mishandling
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items returned without prior authorization

Return Tracking

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method when returning items. DAYSHIFTWEAR is not responsible for returns lost in transit without tracking.

Keep your tracking number and proof of shipment until your refund is processed.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement (refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear)
  2. Contact your bank or credit card company (processing may take additional time)
  3. Contact us at support@dayshiftwear.com if you still need assistance
